Elin has experience working with complex development challenges in international and cross-sectoral contexts. Most recently, she worked at the International Organisation for Migration (IOM), the UN migration agency, where she focused on sustainable development, conflict sensitivity, and program management. She has been based in Kosovo and Geneva and also has regional experience from the Middle East and North Africa, West Africa, and East Africa. Previously, Elin worked in the non-profit sector with a focus on equality and integration, including as a Business Development Officer at Nya Kompisbyr\u00e5n. She holds a degree in Political Science with a specialization in Development Studies from Uppsala University, as well as a bachelor’s degree in international and East Asian Studies from Leiden University. In her free time, she enjoys renovating and painting, writing, and playing tennis. <\/div>\n
