Rasmus is Co-Managing partner at Adelis Equity Partners and has extensive experience in various board positions, including in SSI Diagnostica Group, Puuilo, Ropo Capital (chairman), Nordic Biosite Group, Re:mount Group, Dayton Group (chairman), Valtti, QMG och Med Group (chairman).

Rasmus has previously worked as an Investment Executive at Permira with a focus on Healthcare and the Nordics as well as at the Boston Consulting Group (BCG). He holds a MSc (industrial engineering and biotechnology) from the Helsinki University of Technology (Aalto) and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
