Finding the right partnership
Choosing a partner is partly about ensuring that your organisation is working effectively and making a real difference, and partly about finding the ‘right match’ for you. We work with social entrepreneurs who are making a big difference with innovative approaches.
No matter the country, there is a wealth of social entrepreneurs and far from all of them are good. Through our network, we collate a wide range of relevant social entrepreneurs within your chosen fields. Before recommending specific social entrepreneurs to you, we conduct a quality assurance process, including site visits and reference checks. We only recommend you the very best.

We build on the drive and passion of social entrepreneurs, providing the capital, knowledge, structure and experience to help them strengthen and scale their business and make an even bigger difference. We also share lessons learnt and best practice methods between the social entrepreneurs.
You will receive regular updates from the social entrepreneurs, both in meetings where we discuss the development of the activities and in text, photos and films that you can share in your channels with employees, customers and other stakeholders.
Measurable impact
To know exactly what kind of impact we contribute to together, we set up agreements which are the foundation of our partnership, with budgets, milestones and key performance indicators. Social Initiative takes care of the follow-up of your support, measuring results and checking on the ground how the work is going. Our regular reporting will allow you to see the impact your support has had.

Meaningful employee engagement
Many companies we work with want to engage their employees. Working together with you, Social Initiative organises various activities in your company that spread knowledge and joy and make employees feel proud and customers feel involved. You will receive regular updates from campaigns and activities with results, inspiring stories, photos, films and material to communicate in your internal and external channels.
